1. Women
Women play important roles in the African societies, from being main guardian of their children to supporting their households for basic needs such as food, material needs, kids’ education, their welfare, etc., which puts heavy burdens on them.
2. Empowered
Yet, they suffer from economic and social constraints which compound their hardship. To help the Tonkpi women unleash their potentials, Better-Living Foundation is providing microfinance resources to the rural women, allowing them to purchase farming inputs, undertake small commerce and many other income generating activities.
